Pinch of This provides fresh, delicious, gluten free baking including cakes for any occasion, French macarons, brownies, quiches, pastries, & much more. Our products are made gluten free but retain the taste and texture of regular quality baked goods. We’re based in Surbiton, Surrey and only use the best ingredients in our products, locally sourced & seasonal wherever possible. We only use free range eggs sourced from local farms.

We believe flavour and texture are the keys to a good gluten free treat. Having experienced some of the growing gammet of gluten free products on the market we were struck by the difference, mainly in texture but also in taste when compared to regular baked goods. We couldn’t understand why this growing number of ‘free from’ seekers were being supplied with substandard products. So Mark set up Pinch of This in a bid to make gluten free baked goods, that taste as good, if not better, than regular products. Our ethos is simple; if you can tell it is gluten free, it doesn’t go on the menu!
